Heritage Festival Art Competition

MINIPIC - Art Competition for young people

Have fun and get creative with the Totnes Heritage Festival art competition!

We want you to create a 15cm square artwork which says something about Totnes history on

paper, card or whatever else you fancy in any medium. It can be paint, pen, pencil, felt

tips, collage or anything else.

Write your name, age and a contact email address or phone number on the

back of your entry and bring it along to the competition post box located in the foyer of the

Totnes Library any time during library opening hours.

The competition is running from Monday 15 Septermber up to 1.00 pm on festival day, Saturday 27 September.

All the entries will be on display for everyone to enjoy for the following two

weeks at the library when judging will take place and the winners will be

announced.

A £25 voucher will be awarded to the winners to spend in East Gate Bookshop, Totnes.

There are three age categories:

• 7 and under

• 8-12 years

• 13-15 years

  
  

Our competition judge is Sarah Bowman from White Space Art in Totnes.
